For after-hours emergencies, call your carrier's 24/7 claims line directly — you can find every carrier's claims number on our carrier directory. Then submit the claim through our portal the next business day so we can advocate for you on the carrier side.
Most uploads (ID cards, declarations, defensive driver certificates) are reviewed and filed within one business day. Health insurance documents and certificate-of-insurance requests can take 1–3 business days depending on the carrier.
Yes — all uploads are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and stored in our secure document portal. Only your assigned advisor and OnePoint staff with a need-to-know can access them.
Yes. Submit the cancellation request form and we'll process it with the carrier. Most carriers issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. We'll always confirm any coverage gap with you before the cancellation takes effect — never want anyone uninsured by accident.
1095-A forms for the prior tax year are typically issued by the marketplace by mid-February. If you don't have yours by March 1st, request it through this page and we'll pull it from the marketplace and email it to you securely.
